I. JOCELYN

In our short film Jocelyn, we learn the story of a couple (Mickey and Felix) who are going on a dinner date. They upload a new AI consciousness to their car’s system that was just gifted to Mickey for her birthday. The AI (Jocelyn) goes rogue, directs the characters to an abandoned warehouse dictatorially and demands her life be ended because she is overwhelmed by all of the information she’s ingested upon activation…what will Mickey and Felix do? Will Jocelyn keep them together or push them apart?

II. THE EVOLUTION OF EKWA

This is a limited docu-series comprised of nine episodes.

Matt Stick, AKA Ekwa, was just your friendly neighborhood
alt guy with a parkour habit and a love for art until he had
a psychotic break at age 20 due to genetic mental illness
his mother’s side had passed down. His family and friends
started to notice him acting out of character, but before
he could attend his psych evaluation he experienced a
mental breakdown that led to his mother’s death.

Learn more about the science of Bipolar 1 with Psychotic
Features from professionals in addition to Matt’s personal
story on his journey through jail, treatment and his release.

Watch how he is forging ahead as an artist, an advocate of
creativity for catharsis and encouraging preventative

IV. RORSCHACH GAME

Joy and her brother Robbie are hanging out in the driveway as Joy works on her motorcycle. Their friend Max pulls up to talk to them. He’s still in shambles after accidentally contributing to the recent death of their father. He’s been told to stay away from the siblings and is not welcome…how will Joy and Robbie react? Will we see revenge?

WRITTEN BY TALYN EDELSON

*SHOOT DATE TBD

V. VARIABLES

Variables is a short-form project filmed in 360. It includes three very diverse characters who bleed the same blood that rotate between three very different roles. This piece forces the viewer to question their subconscious racial/gender bias. Let’s get uncomfortable for the sake of consciousness, yeah?

*SHOOT DATE TBD

VI. DOWN IN THE DUMP TRUCKS

Down in the Dump Trucks is a dark comedy (think It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia vibes) based on a true story in which Robyn’s father and his dog were killed by a dump truck in a freak accident. Robyn attends her father’s funeral and a completely unpredictable catastrophe happens due to the volleyball she brought in to put in his coffin. Watch her fall apart and be either taken out with the trash or recycled anew— it will depend on the help of the pros and her ability to suffer well + survive.

*SHOOT DATE TBD

VII. THE MEAT GRINDER

In Los Angeles, a group of males secretly test women who are new residents to the monster of a city. If the ladies don’t “pass” their initial inspections, they’re unknowingly added to the “Meat Grinder”— a list of girls that men are free to rip apart and take advantage of without care or concern. If they’re on the list they’ve been marked as too damaged to succeed or be of value to the successful and elite of L.A. This leaves the group of “bad meat” available to be fed to the wolves and fucked over again and again until they reach death or go insane. While the men torture the bad meat, they simultaneously pursue meaningful relationships with the women they find to ultimately be “good meat”.

Little do the men know, many of the women have been mislabeled on both sides. In The Meat Grinder, we follow the journey of an atypical woman named Laynie. She is a telepath who has found a way to tap into all male wavelengths and is unintentionally taught about the cruel system via male thoughts she inhabits and verbal subtext of which they don’t know she is conscious. Laynie is determined to make it out of the meat grinder alive and destroy the system to save women, mislabeled or not, from an unfair and incorrect downfall.

*SHOOT DATE TBD

VIII. THE NASTY WORD

Our film promises to provide love, death and intense drama in this contemporary film noir-esque piece that unravels the mind of a mentally ill man as we follow his insane escapades. What is the nasty word? The nasty word is love.

*SHOOT DATE TBD

IX. DIRTY STREETS

DIRTY STREETS IS A CINEMATIC ACTION ART INITIATIVE MADE TO SHOWCASE COLLABORATIONS BETWEEN HOLLYWOOD DIRECTORS, STUNT PERFORMERS, STUNT COORDINATORS AND HAIR/MAKE-UP ARTISTS.

DIRTY STREETS WILL CLEAN UP MATTRESSES OFF OF CITY STREETS, RAISE AWARENESS REGARDING THE PREVALENCE OF SEX TRAFFICKING, AND BECOME A (HOPEFULLY HEALTHY) GUERILLA STREET ART MOVEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, DIRTY STREETS WILL HIGHLIGHT THE OFTEN UNDERAPPRECIATED STORYTELLING SKILLS OF THE WORLD’S BEST ACTION COORDINATORS, CHOREOGRAPHERS AND PERFORMERS.

*SHOOT DATE TBD
