SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping. We do our best to ship within two weeks of your order, but some orders may be slightly delayed depending on the volume of orders. Please keep in mind that we do not control time in customs so we cannot predict how long it will take for international orders will arrive, however, we will send you a tracking number when we ship initially.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, unless a product is damaged upon arrival.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will ship you another to replace it. Email merch@villainystreet.com and let us know your order number and what’s wrong with the product. Please include a picture.
